My Spouse
We met while I was on Vacation in Puerto Rico. We were introduced at a friends wedding reception.
My Pets
Chokie is what we call a Sato male dog, which means that he has no particular breed. But, nonetheless, he is obedient and very faithful. We love him dearly.
Shakira is our female cat, no particular breed either, but lovable, very independent. She loves to play with my key board.

I retired from the Puerto Rico Police Department as a Lieutenat Colonel. Now I`m Director of the Office of Administratives Investigations under the Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury. At night I attend the University of P.R. persuing a Bachellors Degree In Business Administration. After thirty years in the Criminal Justice System I`m ready to cross training. It`s great being back in the class room.
